HCS Introduces New Web-Based Access

Farmingdale, NJ (April 2005) - INTERACTANT™, Health Care Software Inc.'s fully integrated clinical and financial healthcare information system, now offers web-based access to its suite of applications. While current access methods remain available and fully supported, HCS has recently converted all of the application information screens to Java Server Pages, Java Scripts, and Cascading Style Sheets.

HCS clients utilizing IBM's WebSphere Application Server, running on the IBM eServer, can provide end user access to INTERACTANT simply by running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. Clicking on a web page will activate the HCS Applications. There is, of course, comprehensive security support as you would normally find in any HCS Application.

There is no need to install any additional applications on the user's PC, as HCS will load all the necessary Java code and resource project information onto your IBM eServer system. Any PC with IBM eServer network access and WebSphere properly configured can access the entire suite of applications via Internet Explorer Browser.
